When is the show?
Sunday, October 18, 2026 at the Edmonton Convention Centre. Show hours 10:00 am – 4:30 pm; Fashion Show segments at 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm. Full show-day logistics (load-in times, parking, vendor setup) are emailed after you apply.
Who attends?
Engaged Edmonton-area couples planning their wedding, primary age 25 to 35 with strong secondary 36 to 45. Love & Lifestyle is our inaugural curated fall show; the audience is built through the same marketing engine that fills our long-running January shows.
How big is the booth?
Tier-dependent. Standard booths start at 8x8; corner and premium placements available. Full sizing details are in the application form and floorplan emailed after you apply.
What's included beyond the booth?
Inclusion in the official digital program, your company on the exhibitor directory page, and inclusion in the pre-show email to our registered attendee list. Sponsorship tiers add runway placement, named lounge sponsorship, and feature placements.
What if I've never exhibited at a wedding show before?
The exhibitor materials include a first-time-exhibitor guide. Booth setup, lead-capture tips, and what to bring. You're not on your own.
Do I need a portable booth setup?
You can bring your own or rent through The Wedding Fair's preferred setup partners. Details in the exhibitor materials.
What does follow-up look like?
You apply, then we send an email confirmation. Within one business day we email the full application form and floorplan. We follow up by email; happy to hop on a call if you have questions.
